Outing: Spring Birds in the Walkerton Area

May 20, 2017

Event Information:

Walkerton is blessed with a significant length of the Saugeen River looping around and through it, and trails and access points in many places. The result is a treat of diverse avian habitats which we will visit by car and on foot. Gerrard McNaughton has loaned his expertise in leading this outing in the past but he is unavailable this year. In his absence Angus Inksetter will attempt to do justice to a very interesting area.

Depending upon the response from members we could meet to car pool in Hanover at 8:30 a.m. at the Giant Tiger parking lot or at Mother Theresa School at the junction of highways 4 and 9 in Walkerton at 9:00 a.m.

To register call Angus at 519 364-3331 or visit the web site.
