Event Information:
Join us at Bognar Marsh as we search for the ultimate insect predators. Damselflies and dragonflies are members of the order Odonata – meaning “toothed ones” which reference their awesome mouth parts. This is our clubs 15th annual outing to look for these predators. Bring binoculars and butterfly nets if you have them as we search for members of this ancient order.
We will explore various habitats on this property as we search for these magnificent aerial predators.
Meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Bognar Marsh parking lot (note conservation fee for parking so consider car pooling). Address is 104277 Grey County Rd 18, Bognor, ONT. Contact the leader if there are any questions.
Leader: John Reaume (contact saugeenfieldnaturalists@yahoo.ca) to register and get further details.
