Outing: Kinghurst Ferns

Event Information:

Grey and Bruce are home to 50 species of ferns. The Kinghurst Forest Nature Reserve has about 20 species. Join Nikki and Clarke to find many of those species, learn why these counties have such an abundance, how ferns propagate, hear fern stories and more.
The walk will start at the west entrance of Kinghurst F.N.R. on Conc. 6 of Sullivan Township at 10am and finish at 1 pm. Register by calling Nikki (519-369-5121) or Clarke (519-363-2719). Limit of 15 participants.
Note as of September the new meeting day is the 4th Monday of the month Until January when venue change and back to 3rd Monday!!!
