Outing: Raptors and other winter visitors

March 7, 2020

Event Information:

Join Saugeen Nature on our annual road trip in search of snowy owls, rough-legged hawks, and the mix of other winter birds and early summer migrants which may be around. This year there is a chance to see a golden eagle if we are lucky. We will visit the Grimston flats and the open land north of Chesley and west to the Lake Huron shore.
Meet at “Big Bruce”, north of Chesley, at 10:00 a.m. We will car-pool from there. Bring a snack and a drink, binoculars, and camera. To register contact Angus Inksetter at 519 364- 3331, or angus.inksetter@gmail.com
