Byron Monk is a Saugeen Nature member who is both a cattle farmer and a knowledgeable naturalist. He farms a substantial area of land west of Elmwood and makes many attempts to preserve or assist the natural systems around him. Join Byron on a tour of his properties to see some of these works.
We will meet at the Monk home, the northeast property at the corner of concession 12, (one road north of Elmwood), and sideroad 25, (second road west of Bruce Road 10). Turn north on sideroad 25 to the first lane on your right. Parking is limited, so car-pool where possible.
