A local tradition for over 35 years! Featuring – maple syrup production, past and present; a pioneer encampment; entertainment, hikes and a variety of outdoor vendors. Also, enjoy hot-off-the-grill pancakes and sausage, made at the pancake house by the Paisley Kinsmen both days. Of course, the meals wouldn’t be complete without a serving of real maple syrup, made locally by Voisin’s Maple Syrup Products.
