The Club’s Board has been discussing the need to broaden our horizons and look for some new (or lapsed) members to come to our meetings and outings. With technology changing faster than some of us like, it is time to face it and use it to our advantage. We need to reach beyond the website and embrace the younger generations with their communication “socials”. With the generous patience and assistance from Ariane Henri of the Sustainability Network, Saugeen Nature is now on Facebook and Instagram where we can post about our upcoming meetings and outings to reach out to the masses beyond our usual venues. If you use either, search for us, like us. follow us, then share with others in your networks. We all know a fair number of people and by sharing what we are up to as a Club, we can bring new people in to explore, learn and connect with nature. Watch for us on your computer, tablet and phone!
